01 · ORIENTATION
Uma plataforma de contratação, não um chatbot
A Neufast é onde os recrutadores configuram uma vaga, conduzem entrevistas com candidatos lideradas por IA e fazem a triagem de currículos recebidos. Historicamente, usar qualquer um desses recursos fora do produto da própria Neufast significava integrar manualmente uma API REST: ler a documentação, ajustar os formatos de requisição e reimplementar o tratamento de erros por endpoint.
O Model Context Protocol (MCP) é um padrão aberto que muda esse arranjo. Um servidor descreve o que pode fazer — suas ferramentas —, como usar bem as partes mais complicadas — seus prompts — e como se orientar na primeira conexão — suas instruções. Um cliente, que na prática é um agente de IA, lê essa descrição ao vivo em vez de tê-la codificada antecipadamente.
O servidor MCP da Neufast é a implementação dessa ideia pela Neufast: uma única conexão que expõe fluxos de contratação como operações tipadas e chamáveis, em vez de uma superfície REST que um desenvolvedor precisa ler e traduzir manualmente.
02 · ARQUITETURA
One Connection, Two Hops to the Platform
Um agente fala com o servidor MCP; o servidor MCP fala com a própria API Externa da Neufast em nome do agente. O servidor não mantém credenciais próprias — cada chamada é feita usando o token fornecido pelo recrutador que se conecta, e nada sobre esse token é mantido depois que a chamada termina.

Prompts exist for the parts of this that are easy to get subtly wrong from a tool signature alone — for example, rewriting a candidate's invitation email without breaking the merge fields the platform fills in when it's actually sent, or knowing exactly which candidate-management requests are and aren't supported yet, before trying to approximate one with the wrong tool.

05 · TRUST MODEL
Nada armazenado, nada presumido
Toda chamada é executada com as permissões do próprio recrutador conectado — nunca com uma credencial de serviço compartilhada ou elevada. Se um token estiver ausente ou inválido, o servidor trata isso claramente como um problema de autenticação, não algo a ser contornado com novas tentativas.
A mesma honestidade vale para o escopo. Em vez de aproximar uma solicitação ainda não suportada com a ferramenta disponível mais próxima, o servidor declara o limite diretamente, para que um agente também possa dizê-lo em vez de adivinhar.
Nada disso fica oculto para um agente que se conecta. A mesma lista acima é o que o servidor informa a um agente que pede uma dessas coisas, no momento em que pede — não uma limitação descoberta depois por uma chamada com falha.
