The AI/ML model is validated with 30,000 video datasets and achieves 91 percent reliability in measuring the underlying construct of competencies required for the job when compared to manual scores of candidates by customers. It passes the Four-Fifths rule with no adverse effect on gender. Our AI/ML evaluates person-job fit in nine languages: English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, Vietnamese, Malay, Bahasa Indonesian, and Khmer (Cambodia). The list is expanding to German, French, and Spanish to help companies identify high-quality hires where English is not the first language for candidates. The solution offers full audit logs for quality assurance and consistency of the hiring process.
