The Hong Kong Jockey Club runs two graduate-level hiring programmes: the PROcruit C Programme and the
Management Trainee Programme, both targeting recent graduates. However, the club faces several challenges
in managing this large-scale recruitment:
More than 1,000 candidates needed to be efficiently screened in a short period of time annually
Identifying top university graduates purely based on CVs has proven to be difficult.
There is a need for multilingual assessments in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin to ensure thorough evaluations.

The charity trust of Hong Kong Jockey Club, a non-profit organization providing horse racing, sporting and betting entertainment subscribed for Neufast SaaS platform to support .

1,200 applicants completed video interviews for 12 positions in Business, Marketing, Project Management and healthcare in the six months from December 2020 to May 2021
400 candidates were offered the jobs
150 leading companies in banking, real estate, insurance, healthcare and marketing/ design

2023-2024 Management Trainee Programme
In total, 544 candidates were invited to video interview, completion rate of 90% in 2023
